  1. The child/toddler is never to be placed in, or on the push-chair when cycling, under ANY circumstances.
  2. The child/toddler is always to be placed in a conventional child bike seat fixed directly to the bike when cycling.
  3. Do not overload the push-chair when folded and towed.
  4. Do not overload the push-chair when open.
  5. Always ensure that the bike is 100% secured and safe when removing or placing your child/ toddler from, or into, the child bike seat.
    This is the responsibility of the cyclist.
  6. Once your child has been safely removed from their child bike-seat in the normal way, and if your child is very young and cannot stand by themselves, and/or will wander off, a second person or cycling partner will be needed to hold or stop your child from wandering before proceeding to the next step.

  7. When cycling, the red warning flag and its flag pole assembly needs to be attached to the folded push chair and visible. A fixing pouch is provided.

Cancellation and Return of Unwanted Item(s) (Right of Withdrawal)

If you decide you would like to cancel your order, you can do so in writing (by email: email address) within 14 days of making the order. You do not have to provide a reason for cancellation of the order.

How to Return your Item(s)

If you would like to return an order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the products.

In order to return your item(s), follow the two step procedure detailed below:

1) First you will need to register your Return:

To help us identify your returned item(s) quickly and easily, you will need to register your return of the item(s) as soon as possible by requesting a Return Form from us. To receive this form please send us an email to: email address

A Return Form will be emailed to you. Once you have received the form please fill in the required information.

Please be sure to include your Order Number on the Form.

The Order Number can be found both on your invoice and in your Order Confirmation email.

When you have completed the Form, please return by email. You will then need to return the item(s) by post as detailed below.

We may be able to arrange your return shipping.

2) Returning your Item(s) by Post:

If at all possible, please return the items to us in their original packaging.

Refunds

A refund shall be provided within the legally required time frame of 14 days, using the same payment method that you used when ordering the goods.

No fees are charged. Your refund shall be issued after the goods have been received and inspected by our Service and Returns Centre.

Who covers the shipping cost in the context of unwanted item(s)?

Responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the law:

  • The costs for shipping the order to you shall be completely refunded: i.e. we will refund the full amount paid by you (including shipping charges).
  • In the context of unwanted goods, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS

Who covers the shipping costs in the context of faulty goods under Warranty?

Responsibility for shipping costs in the case of a valid warranty claim is determined by the law:

  • In the context of a valid warranty claim, Dice Industries Ltd. is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Dice Industries Ltd. will also pay the shipping costs for any replacement items shipped to you.

SIX MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD INFORMATION

What happens in the case of a Warranty Claim?

In the case of a warranty claim, we will inspect the goods and determine whether the claim is covered by the warranty. If the claim is determined to be valid, then we will, at our own discretion, repair, replace it with an equivalent product, reimburse the buyer for the purchase price or provide the buyer with a replacement.

What conditions must be met to make use of the Warranty?

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt with the date of purchase, as well as the product. This manufacturer’s warranty covers only one customer. The “customer” is the natural person who owns the product. Persons who purchased the product in order to resell it or use it in the context of any commercial or self-employed professional activity are not considered the customer in the sense of this warranty.

Rights under Consumer Law

This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under consumer law (warranty and product liability). These statutory rights, which in some cases may be more favourable to you as the purchaser, are not affected by this warranty. In addition, our warranty does not affect your rights (as the customer) against the seller from whom you purchased the product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply to defects caused by improper assembly or installation, improper use, overloading or catastrophic damage caused by persons other than Dice Industries Ltd. and also not to incidental or consequential damages. Furthermore, it does not apply to defects caused by ordinary wear and tear or to cuts, tears or other damage caused by impacts or accidents that occur after delivery. The warranty shall not apply to products that have been improperly stored, improperly modified or cleaned with improper cleaning methods or agents. The warranty shall also not apply to damages caused by repair work that was not authorised by Dice Industries Ltd.
